My head is aching right now. This is not due to the fact that I'm working on the economics exam for mrs. mmkay, but that being surrounded by terrible remixes of "dance to the music" and the like, loudmouthed carnies, and cigarette smoke for a whole day grates my nerves. Yes, I went to the fair, and ate more than enough for all of the people who chose wisely to stay in the comfort of their homes. It is really amazing the amount of money poured into the entire excursion by everyone involved, myself included. We won't even get into the unsanitary aspect of the whole ordeal. But, after a comment on germs by one of my companions, I went back to the bathroom and washed my hands more thoroughly. I suppose that as a younger person, the experience was more fulfilling, but when you leave with an overwhelming aroma of perfumed scents that cause your temples to cringe, the enjoyment and glee just don't come to mind. However, there was a silver lining, which entails a b&w beatles picture I got from this cool asian dude, and a nifty 'authentic' african bracelet. I was pleased with these purchases, as well as the lack of vomiting witnessed, or partaken in. And now for something completely different: Arnold Schwarzenegger is the governor of california. I am quite amused.
